Fee Structures

We offer both corporate and private coaching services that can be structured on either an hourly or program basis.

In keeping with our commitment to making executive coaching a corporate asset with a strong return on investment, we offer a customized “pay for performance” program which conditions payment of our fees on the visible results of our coaching.

Philanthropic Program

We have developed a program which allows commercial companies to “donate a coach” to non-profit organizations. This allows the leaders of these organizations, which play a vital role in our communities, to share the same benefits of executive coaching as their counterparts in commercial organizations. In doing so, they are able to better manage their important work, which ensures that their contributed funding is more efficiently managed. Call us for more details on this program.
