Jerry Kleinhaus is a certified Executive Coach and is the founder of Oakley Advisors. Mr. Kleinhaus spent more than 26 years with Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) where, as Vice President for Client Services, he led an organization of project management and customer service professionals. During his career, he also held leadership positions in development, marketing, strategic planning, program management and operations. He has worked with some of America's most influential companies including AT&T (SBC / Bell South), Cingular, Time Warner, Cox Communications, Comcast and IBM.
Jerry Kleinhaus has coached and mentored scores of people for over 30 years. He has a gift for being able to quickly establish a strong trusting relationship with his clients. Jerry combines this talent with his professional training to create an exceptional coaching experience that is enjoyable, challenging, and productive.
Mr. Kleinhaus earned his certification as an Executive Coach through the University of Cincinnati Business College. He also holds a certificate in strategic and market planning from The Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania); and certificates in business planning from The University of Cincinnati and Rollins College in Maitland, Florida.
Jerry Kleinhaus was named the 2007 Sherpa of the Year by Sherpa Coaching LLC, the developers of the Sherpa Coaching process. Mr. Kleinhaus was selected for the award for his work in advancing the executive coaching process and Oakley Advisors overall excellence in customer service.
Jennifer McClure is an accomplished executive leader with more than 17 years of experience in human resources and people development. She has successfully led organizational growth and change, as well as developed and implemented business strategies that improved employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Among her accomplishments, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Bicycle Holding, Inc./The United States Playing Card Company, where she served as a key member of the executive team responsible for financial and cultural turnaround in an established global organization. As a Human Resources Manager at both ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. and The Kroger Company, she developed and led recruiting strategies, processes and efforts to staff rapid organizational growth.
McClure holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University. She holds a certificate as an Executive Coach through the University of Cincinnati Business College.
Rob VeVerka is an accomplished and in-demand executive leadership certified coach. As Director of Executive Education at the University of Cincinnati, he worked with area executives to improve leadership skills. He was the Dean of the UC Executive Program for senior-level executives and emerging leaders in the Cincinnati metro area. Rob has management and leadership experience with several top organizations including Ernst & Young, Xerox, and Ford. His clients are executives whose work is critically important to the organization. He will personally work with a maximum of eight clients and provides coaching for leaders around the world. His coaching follows a step-by-step tested process for behavioral change.
Teri Bonfield is a skilled healthcare professional and a gifted business entrepreneur. Her company, Blue Chip Nursing, set the standard for excellence in home nursing care. During the period of its rapid growth from idea to thriving business of more than 60 employees, Ms. Bonfield was Blue Chip's sole owner and executive. Under her leadership, the company enjoyed a reputation for high service standards with extremely motivated and contented employees. Ms. Bonfield managed all major business functions for Blue Chip including sales, operations, and direct work with patients in the field. She personally led the completion of the demanding requirements necessary to achieve the company's Medicare certification.
Ms. Bonfield possesses a keen business intuition and an exceptional skill to work with people. She has a proven ability to develop solid working relationships with physicians, directors of nursing, administrators, and other health care professionals. She holds a B.S. in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati and is a Registered Nurse with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing. She earned her certification as an executive coach from The University of Cincinnati Business College.
Charles Clute is a certified Executive Coach. Mr. Clute spent more than 25 years with in the plastics packaging industry with Rheem Container / Nampac / Bway Container Corporation. He held numerous key positions in project and plant management including Director of Plastics Manufacturing and VP of Engineering and Technical Services. He led an organization of engineers, project management and new product development professionals, receiving patents for unique container designs and processes. He partnered with some of America's largest chemical, paint, and food companies, designing and implementing plastic packaging solutions. Mr. Clute attended Bellarmine University majoring in Liberal Arts. He earned his certification as an Executive Coach through the University of Cincinnati Business College.
Martha Duesterhoft is a certified executive coach with more than 10 years experience. She has worked with middle and senior level managers in both private and publicly traded organizations as well as with MBA students in a university setting. She has served as the Director of Training & Development and Human Resources in the Retail and Restaurant industries. Martha spent 12 years with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where she worked with clients across multiple industries and held various roles in Change Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Outsourcing Transition Management.
Martha is the founder of Human Resource Ally in Dallas, Texas. Her clients have included Accenture, Dell Financial Services, Pier 1, Texas Christian University, The Tyson Corporation, and PHPR, Inc.
Martha holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
Her professional certifications include: SkillScope (Center for Creative Leadership), Benchmarks and Executive Dimensions, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR). She earned her certification as an Executive Coach through Texas Christian University.
Leslie Reed is a certified executive coach and a seasoned, successful entrepreneur. She is the founder of LS Technology Services, a software consulting firm, and The Professional Guest, an evaluation service for luxury resorts and hotels. Both companies continue to enjoy a healthy prosperity. Leslie has held leadership roles in senior management, sales, and operations. In addition, she has earned a strong reputation as an excellent team builder. Previously, Leslie was the Director of Training for KnowledgeWare, Inc., a CASE tool software vendor, and Manager of Training for Fannie Mae Software Systems.
Leslie’s experience in multiple business functions, as well as her focus on cultivating relationships, gives her a unique capability to work with people in a variety of business roles. She received her executive coaching certification at the University of Georgia.
